The New Mexico Outdoor Center, Inc (DBA "DiscoverSantaFe") requires payment in full at the time of purchase. Most activities include an optional 7.5% Worry Free Cancellation Guarantee fee, offering the most flexible cancellation and refund terms. This firm policy ensures all participants are treated fairly.

Cancellation Policy: Accepting this 7.5% "Worry Free Cancellation Guarantee" fee allows you, the undersigned, to cancel entirely for a full no-questions-asked refund, so long as no player codes have been activated. If player codes have been activated, DiscoverSantaFe will not issue a refund. Declining the Cancellation Guarantee means that all sales are final, and non-refundable under any circumstances, including extinuating circumstances.

Refund Policy: Refunds are issued if the Worry Free Cancellation Guarantee is purchased at the time of checkout, and player codes have not been activated. If the Worry Free Cancellation Guarantee is declined at the time of purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
